What types of companies are you most interested in partnering with?We invest in high-growth companies in a variety of sectors including consumer, enterprise SaaS, fintech, and healthcare. We look for disruptive business models and exceptional teams.

How long is your typical investment time horizon?We do not have a prescribed time horizon for our investments. Our goal is to partner with companies for the long-term and support their growth journeys in a way that is best for the business, its employees, and leadership team. Each company and situation is unique, so we want the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs over time. We are patient investors and realize value creation does not happen overnight. We work closely with management to determine the right pacing and milestones for each company. While we do not have set fund life cycles or requirements to exit within a certain timeframe like some financial investors, we generally take a long-term view of 5-10 years or more. We are willing to hold companies in our portfolio for as long as it takes for them to maximize their full potential. Our patience allows management teams to focus on execution rather than premature liquidity events. We only pursue exits or acquisitions when the time is right for the company and shareholders. Above all, we align ourselves with the long-term interests of the outstanding entrepreneurs and brands we are fortunate to partner with.
